"We can confirm that we have decided to separate, and this decision was made mutually and amicably. We kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this transition," the couple said in a joint statement to People.
Astin, 31, last posted an Instagram photo with Camp in January, as they cuddled up to celebrate the New Year. Camp, 36, posted photos of the couple dancing with each other a few weeks later.
The couple began dating in June 2013 after Camp's divorce from Michael Mosley. They got married in California in October 2016.
"Pitch Perfect" follows the story of an all-girl a cappella group. The movie hit theaters in September 2012.
Camp played the character Aubrey Posen, while Astin starred as Jesse Swanson.
